1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing FlappyClaw, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily play FlappyClaw for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the game materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in FlappyClaw
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Conduct

When submitting scores and names to the leaderboard, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading names
• Not attempt to manipulate scores through cheating or exploits
• Not spam the leaderboard with multiple entries

4. Leaderboard

We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entries that violate these terms, contain inappropriate content, or appear to be fraudulent. Scores are stored on our servers and may be reset at our discretion.

5. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall FlappyClaw or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use FlappyClaw.

7. Analytics and Cookies

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the game experience. We also use local storage to save your high score and preferences on your device. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this game, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Intellectual Property

FlappyClaw is inspired by the OpenClaw project and Flappy Bird gameplay mechanics. All game assets and code are owned by FlappyClaw unless otherwise stated.
